StayCalm !
Staycalm ! is a Parisian collective of DJs, film-makers, graphic artists, photographers and journalists committed to militant black music. Since the end of the Nineties, they have brought their message of engagement through events that mix images and sounds. In 2008, they released a remarkable DVD/CD/booklet called Fangafrika, la voix des sans voix. This four-year-project describes the plethora of talented rap bands flowering in ex-colonies of France in West Africa. |

Fangafrika La voix des sans voix is an indepth homage to the rich and complex rap scene in the former French colonies of West Africa. This trailer gives a taste of this 58-minute documentary that stars the likes of Didier Awadi, Smockey, Apkass, Pee Froiss, Tata Pound and the Ouaga All Starz.
